Upon your irst launch I suggest messing around with the settings until your android phone is as you like. I also suggest getting some theme's such as the Sense theme. For free,this app performs amazingly,(even though it sometimes might lag slightly)

Second only to Adw this launcher makes your Device more efficient and easy to use. With a little tweaking you'll even be able to run your widgets on that mosaic of app tiles. The only non-pleasing aspect to this app was the need to keep scrolling down your list of tiles if you add to many tiles to your homescreen.
